I recently took some much needed time off. A break, I told myself, from the day-to-day activities, from the stress of it all.
Then I read an article by Bob Sullivan of NBC News, published on the CNBC web site, called How the Smartphone Killed the Three-Day Weekend.
Are we ever off? Are we ever disconnected? According to this article, the answer is a resounding NO!
How do you relax? How do you disconnect? I hope we can all find some time this summer to put aside our smartphones, tablets and laptops and just enjoy the company of friends and family.
